Farm with about 28 000m2, in Santa Marta de Penaguião, in the Douro Demarcated Region, a World Heritage Site with direct entry through National Road 2 (Former Portuguese Royal Road).

Located at Km 79 of the mythical National Road 2, the most extensive Portuguese road, totalling 739.26 kilometres, and the only one in Europe that crosses a country along its entire length (there are only two more in the world: Route 66, in the USA, and Ruta 40, in Argentina).

It extends from North to South, connecting the city of Chaves, in Trás-os-Montes, to the city of Faro, in the Algarve.

The estate currently produces 6.5 barrels of Port Wine benefit and 20 barrels of wine suitable for the labelling of “Vinho de Vinhas Velhas-Old Vineyards.”

It is a historic old vine, in terraces, with old shale walls, with indigenous and traditional varieties from the Douro Region: Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional, Malvasia Rei and Tinta Barroca.

The Wine Farm has a water mine for irrigation, two tanks and an agricultural support house with shale walls, which allows its rehabilitation for Rural Tourism or housing.

At the entrance, there are about 30 olive and cherry trees.

Farm with an ongoing application for the Support Program for Vine Restructuring and Conversion (VITIS) in the amount of € 40,000.
